Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen was arrested on DUI charges in Indianapolis on Sunday morning.

Indianapolis Jail records show that Allen was booked on DWI/DUI/OWI-Endanger Person and DWI/DUI/OWI-ACE .08 or More charges. Both are misdemeanors.

Allen was arrested around 1 a.m. local time, according to FOX 59.

“We are aware of the incident involving Keenan Allen last night,” the Colts said in a statement to OutKick. “We are in the process of gathering more information and have no further comment at this time.”

OutKick reached out to Allens representatives for comment.

Allen joined the Colts on a one-year, $3.3 million deal in the offseason. The six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver has spent most of his NFL career with the Los Angeles Chargers. He spent his first 11 years with the Chargers and played last season with the team.

He played for the Chicago Bears in 2024.

The 34-year-old has been one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. He was a Pro Bowler from 2017 to 2021 and then again in 2023 – all with the Chargers. He has 1,055 catches for 12,051 yards and 70 touchdown catches in his career.

The Colts brought Allen onto the roster for some added depth. He was projected to be among the starters going into the 2026 season with Alec Pierce and Josh Downs.

Daniel Jones is set to be the starting quarterback for the Colts after a season-ending ACL ruined his 2025 comeback story. He was 8-5 as a starter before the injury.
