FAIRFAX, VA / SANTA CRUZ, BOLIVIA — September 1, 2026 — The Government Blockchain Association (GBA) and the Cámara Boliviana de Blockchain (CABLOCK) have officially signed a Corporate Membership Alliance Agreement. This partnership bridges global and South American blockchain ecosystems to drive public sector innovation, cross-promotion, and regulatory standardization and is designed to leverage the distinct strengths and resources of both organizations.

“Our Alliance with CABLOCK creates a trusted ecosystem for investors and public sector leaders by combining GBA’s assessment frameworks with CABLOCK’s regional expertise,” said GBA Executive Director Gerard Daché.

“Partnering with GBA elevates local blockchain solutions to international standards, ensuring security, transparency, and regulatory alignment,” added CABLOCK President Henry Hoyos.

“The agreement marks the beginning of an innovative phased rollout encompassing joint educational pathways, advisory programs, and strategic task forces,” noted GBA´s Director of Global Operations Alejandro Mandujano.

Mutual Memberships & Exchange: GBA and CABLOCK have exchanged corporate memberships and integrated dedicated leadership teams—including regional directors and country leads—to ensure continuous collaboration and monthly reporting.

Blockchain Maturity Model (BMM) Program Implementation: CABLOCK is entering GBA’s BMM Business Associate program. Designated CABLOCK members will undergo specialized training to become certified Blockchain Maturity Model (BMM) advisors. The BMM and assessed organizations are showcased by the Dynamic Coalition on Blockchain Assurance & Standardization (DC-BAS). The DC-BAS is recognized by the United Nations Internet Governance Forum.

Regional Outreach & Ecosystem Cross-Promotion: Both associations will coordinate joint event schedules, speaker bureaus, shared task forces, and establish regional Spanish-language newsletters targeting Ibero-American communities and U.S. Hispanic caucuses.
